Dans notre dernier billet, nous évoquions les négociations en cours sur la réforme du PRAG, le guide pratique applicable aux appels d'offre de la Commission européenne et applicable aux experts. TA-CU - technical assistance consultants united - a réussi à s'imposer dnas la discussion et nous a fait partager ses revendications et le résultat es discussions. Nous avons en vain sollicité une invitation à cette réunion du 3 juillet. Sans doute la Commission ou ses représentants considère-t-elle qu'une association d'experts est suffisante face aux muliples représentants des opérateurs, des Etats-Membres et autres sous-traitants qui ne vivent que par le travail des experts sans qui rien ne se ferait.
Rappelons les thèmes évoqués dans ce compte-rendu :
- The draft PRAG will be finalized in English by the end of August. It will then be translated into all 23 languages used in the EC and will come into force with the new Financial Framework on 1st January 2013. Thus, changes to PRAG described below will not come into effect until the beginning of next year.
